Shipping Information

All food items will be shipped by 2nd Day or Overnight Service to ensure wholesomeness. Wisconsin and Illinois residents will be shipped Ground service through UPS and SpeeDee, as they are next day delivery.

All gift boxes will be shipped out within 5-7 days after the order is received. They are shipped in an insulated carton with gel ice packs, the boxes are marked “Perishable”, and should arrive within 2 days of shipping.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so be sure to have the correct street address and zip code listed. Your package will be left at your door, so if you are not going to be home, it is suggested you have someone [perhaps, a neighbor] watch for the delivery. This person should be instructed to place the items into refrigeration immediately. If special delivery instructions are needed, such as “deliver to front desk” or “leave at back door,” be sure to note this on your order.

We reserve the right to substitute an item with another item of equal or greater value if the item ordered is out of stock. If any problem occurs once the shipment is received, please call us within 24 hours at 1-800-875-0603. After that time no refunds or replacements will be given or allowed.

If problems occur due to incorrect zip code or address, we will bill you an additional charge (approximately $10.00 per UPS or FEDEX (not offered for online orders) guidelines) on your credit card.

If incorrect product was shipped (not a substitution), the recipient needs to contact us within 24 hours at 1-800-875-0603. The incorrect product will need to be returned to us in the original packaging including gel packs within 48 hours for refund or exchange.

We keep track of all orders and have the right to investigate any claims we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.
