General Information: All game birds are all natural - free range raised under our stringent poultry management practices. No enhancers or hormones have been fed to these birds. Smoked birds have been smoked BY US [NOT “jobbed out” to someone else] and have been smoked with 100% wood chips in the variety specified on the label. All of our food products have been processed and packaged by our own personnel in our own Wisconsin State inspected processing plant following USDA-FSIS HACCP guidelines and programs. The continued production of SAFE and WHOLESOME FOOD is our one and only priority at Toubl Game Bird Farms. [The quail that we sell are out-sourced from a USDA supplier so as not to encumber our own growout facilities and management practices.
