Toubl Game Bird Farms was "hatched" in 1969 when my dad, Jan Toubl, purchased 3 pheasants to train his Irish Setter. To become well-versed in pheasant production, he attended the University of Wisconsin Madison and received a degree in Poultry Science. We have produced thousands of game birds annually since 1969 for hunting and the specialty food/gourmet meat trade.  We dove into our own specialty foods in 1983 to provide a large array of quality food products for those who love game birds. 

Jan has used that education to build his business from "scratch".  Toubl Game Bird Farms is a Wisconsin Licensed Game Farm certified under both the National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP) & National Turkey Improvement Plan (NTIP).  Since 1969, the Toubl family has produced thousands of pheasants, wild turkeys, and partridges for hunting, gourmet meats, dog trainers, wildlife restorationists, and taxidermists.  In fact, we were one of the largest Wild Turkey producers in the Midwest for more than 30 years and the largest Afghan Pheasant producer in the US for more than 20 years.  We are proud of our track record in producing top quality premium healthy game birds for all of these demanding markets.  Our flock is USDA-Avian Influenza Clean by virtue of our voluntary ongoing blood testing program.  TGBF incorporated in 2003 as Toubl Enterprises Incorporated.  The business is family-owned and operated by:
